Scary Reflections from my FND Symptoms Diary

Retrain Brain and Simply-Shine - FND Symptoms Diary

This post was updated on 24/03/18

I was keen to understand what was happening so I started keeping a symptoms diary

I looked out for patterns. What was I doing before symptoms started? Was it a particular time of day? I’ve included below an extract of that diary. It was really difficult to select which dates to include, in order to fully describe what I went through. However, in the interest of you not falling asleep, I’ve kept it as brief as I can.

Saturday 16th March 2013
Started personal training at the gym and felt ok, just a little tired. 20 minutes into the session I felt dizzy and spaced out. Sat down and drank water, very tired. Couldn’t sit up properly or keep my eyes open for very long.
